    Hi Andrew,

I had never heard of Glycemic Load before reading this as everyone else seems to just stick to Glycemic Index but I really like the concept as unfortunately I tend to have quite big portions too, I will try to use this information as I am really trying to improve my diet, I am in my 50s and trying to look after my overall health a bit better but as a bit of a beginner in this topic is there an easy way to identify foods with a lower glycemic load or do you just have to learn which ones they are? It would be much easier if there was an easy identification method so you could use this when planning meals and shopping.

    Thanks for the info

    Pete

Hey, Great site I feel less stressed just going through your site. Just with the menu for nutrition the list comes down and I thought you would be able to click on the subjects it doesn’t let you and when you get to the resources and contacts I couldn’t click on that either.

Thanks, AL. I’ll need to remedy those glitches in the matrix. Great to get that feedback!
