    Hello Andrew, 

    I love reading about superfood. It is really something that I do not have much knowledge on. But I am always wanting to learn more and incorporate super foods into my own diet. I drink spirulina quite often, but I was not aware that it was a type of algae. That makes it even more interesting. My friends often comment that I am drinking grass, I can now state that I am actually drinking algae. 

    I think I would like to include the berry powders into my protein shake. I think that will make it more healthy and impactful to achieve my body goals. The only concern that I have, is if they are actually delicious. Is there a particular powder that you would recommend that has the health benefits but also tastes delicious?

      Hi Starlight,

      I recently began taking a beetroot powder. Taking it with Greek vanilla bean powder has been the way I can add some deliciousness to it.

    This is a topic near and dear to my life of wellness. I incorporate Superfoods into my nutritional wheelhouse. My go-to’s include turmeric, matcha, and spirulina, which you have discussed in your post. Thank you for bringing your expertise on this topic so that more people can understand how they can be used to enhance their diets. Well done!
