      Thanks for your input.

      I, too, have practised both Reiki and Meditation. Other practices I have used are Ho’oponopono and HeartMath.

      To cultivate and maintain positive energy, I meditate daily, listen to motivational speakers and stories and read about healing, healers and other inspirational material.

    I really enjoyed reading your post, it didn’t just include basic information but went into great detail about how energy is linked to healing as well as well being. I hadn’t really thought about this concept until now after coming across your site!
    I can definitely agree that nutrition is essential for the bodies optimal healing, the correct nutrition is vital for the body! Exercise too like you have stated.
