This was a lovely reminder on affirmations, visualizations and gratitude. They are all things that I know about, but sometimes forget to practise on a regular basis, and if you don’t do it for a long time you totally forget about it. This article has motivated me to get back in being grateful each morning and also visualizing my goals being realized, as this is a sure fire way to success if you do it regularly.
