Hey thank you for this amazing content!

I am a massive fan of nature, seriously who isn’t, and certainly believe it has the potential to lower stress! I really appreciate you going as far as mentioning ideas which we can incorporate in our daily lives if we can’t always be out to bring the outdoor nature vibe! I think I try to incorporate them. Having a picnic sounds wonderful as well as peaceful! I really like the imagery you have used, it really sets the tone. Nature can really lift ones mood! Thanks again and have a fabulous day!

Thank you for writing that article. I enjoyed the read. I absolutely agree with you on the healing power of nature. I was awakened to this during COVID shutdowns when there was nothing to do but go outside. As my wife and I took walks in our neighborhood, the stress, the worry, and the anxiety melted away.

I love the idea of incorporating low-maintenance plants into our home. Do you have any recommendations? We are notorious for killing plants…

      Thanks, Jesse

There is something inherently gentle about nature. It has the power to soften our hard edges.

Perhaps visit the local garden centre and check with them about low-maintenance plants.

Like habits, pick one and work with that til you’re ready for another.

      All the best
