    I have metabolic syndrome, and it has gotten worse since I am in the middle of menopause. My stomach area has swollen up and their is a lot of fat around my organs. I am overweight, slightly on the edge of obese, even though people don’t believe this when they see me. I am already exercising and eating healthy, but I’m getting nowhere, this is frustratring, thanks for the insights!
