    Hi, 

    I have read your post, you have very well defined the needs and blends of food. I am a foodie but it has given me a kickback that I have gained humongous weight. Currently, I am working my way back to fitness. My routine includes weight training as well as Cardio (cross-fit) mainly, but my instructor has always emphasized the point that eating is 90 percent and exercise is 10 percent of all the effort that we put in. 

    I am already taking high-protein diets and your article has given me another push to make my diet an important aspect, of weight loss. One thing I truly agree with you is that carbs, proteins, and fats are all equally important. One major mistake we all make is to starve ourselves when on a diet spree but in the longer run the mix and match is the way to go. Overal a good read, I hope people find it helpful as well, keep rising and shining, Cheers !!
