    Hello Andrew,  

    Very nicely done website. I took a lot away from what I read there. Such as how fasting allows the body to enter a state of rest and repair, promoting cellular regeneration and metabolic balance. . Fasting also supports mental clarity and may reduce inflammation, improve blood sugar levels, and enhance heart health. Really interesting stuff.
